Jeff in parts is very friendly and knowledgeable. I highly recommend. They do charge a fee to pay with a credit card.

I bought a used Rv from them. When I went to pull out slides one was broken and we had to physically pull it out. After I hooked up water it was leaking under Heather. A couple of their guys came out and told me it is in right connection now, but someone had it connected to the fresh water tank. They drained my fresh water tank told me everything was fine. A little while later it starts leaking again. I had to pay a repair man to come out. It was a valve under my sink making the water go to the fresh water tank. $200 to have repair man turn that valve. When I bought camper there was a vice grip pliers with a rod in what I now know is the black tank. So, I’m just finding this out and hope it didn’t cause any more issues. More money for a repair man to come fix what they did. The least they could have done is tell me what that was and let me know it needed to be repaired.

I recently purchased my first RV, a Cherokee Wolf Pup 17EV, and had an outstanding experience thanks to Seth and his team. From the start, Seth made the process easy and stress-free. He took the time to walk me through the entire RV in detail, explaining all the features as well as the realities of owning this specific model. As a first-time RV buyer, I really appreciated how transparent and informative he was—it helped me fully understand what I was purchasing. Seth also went above and beyond to make sure I had the right vehicle to tow the trailer. After I test-drove a vehicle, he personally came out with a technician to confirm it had the proper capabilities for the Wolf Pup. That extra step gave me a lot of confidence moving forward. On pickup day, the RV was spotless and fully set up. Everything was hooked up, freshwater was added, and they walked me through how to properly use the plumbing and drainage systems. The purchase also included a starter kit, which was incredibly helpful for someone new to RVing. After the purchase, I encountered a couple of issues. One was a trailer bracket that didn’t fit my vehicle, which Seth and his team quickly corrected and even discounted

This review is a direct reflection of my salesman Seth. Seth provided excellent customer service for me at Bayou Outdoor Supercenter. If you are looking for a new or used camper he will work with you in the best of his ability to make the deal work. Very reasonable, quick communication, knowledgeable, and takes accountability for you as a customer.

This was a Journey that wasn’t at times pleasant, but at the end of it I must say that Bayou Outdoor Super-center did in fact stand behind their commitment to resolve issues that were in error on their part. The sell and staff was extremely excellent. We are very satisfied the the Grand Design 150 class fithwheel camper sold to us at a great price. The salesman was very professional until the ink was dried then quit responding, I am assuming it was because of the hitch install issues they had with my truck. But overall like I said they did stand behind their mistake and made it right. Thanks Bayou Outdoors for the honesty and commitment.
